Giovanna and Pasquale
The mood of this wedding evokes our Amalfi Coast, with its wonderful colours: the blue of the sea, the blue of the sky and the yellow of the lemons. It all starts with the invitations, not on classic paper, but something unique and original: a fabric clutch bag with the design of a Vietri tile.
In church, the missals and rice boxes also follow the same theme, but the icing on the cake is certainly the spouses’ bench, where the fabric seat depicts the same design as the participation.
The floral compositions have bright colours, with strictly seasonal flowers, such as ortensie, lisianthus and roses, which together with lemons inebriate with Mediterranean scents.
The tableau is a real project, born from the idea of recreating the atmosphere of the alleys of Cetara, Minori and the beloved Isle of Capri. All this takes place through the branching of lemon trees that intertwine on a grid between the typical wooden drawers, made entirely by hand, which display the names of the tables, strictly in line with the theme. A project so fascinating that it was also used as a photobooth by all the guests.
The mise en place was created following the same guiding thread: from the design of the fabric of the clutches, placeholders were created, of Vietri ceramic tiles, specially made by a craftsman. The menu, square, like a tile, has been customised for each guest. Finally, the centrepiece flowers that come out of large Vietri-style boxes recall the colours of the sea, the sky and lemons.
Last but not least, the Amalfitan Corner, to relive and savour the flavours and aromas of our land: with typical liqueurs such as limoncello, fennel and meloncello, tasted as shots served in small glasses of chocolate of the same identical colour as the liqueurs. To accompany the liqueurs, a tasting of sugared almonds of the most varied tastes: from limoncello, to arancello, with an alcoholic aftertaste, to the more original ones, where biting the sugared almonds you can feel the coffee bean, cherry or lemon.
Even the wedding favour, although packaged in a cream-colored box, represents the mood of the wedding: a kitchen scale with the graphic of the tile. Finally, the Wedding Cake: simple, essential, but with a touch of colour and fresh flowers.
The experience told by the Bride and the Groom
We immediately decided that Aura would be our Wedding Planner. Her way of speaking, of being able to already understand what I wanted and thought without telling her anything, still struck me a lot. Thus began our adventure, even if for a few months due to the distance it was an acquaintance through calls, emails and video calls, immediately a magnificent bond was created. Aura is a professional, organised, precise, attentive to the smallest details and very empathetic. And this is what makes the difference, the relationship that is created is very important and gives you the opportunity to trust and rely completely on the person you have chosen to make your day magical.
